Musik. Im neuen Licht.
Mit dem Streaming-Lautsprecher baldakin hat das gleichnamige Startup aus Hamburg eine erste ernstzunehmende Hi-Fi-Lösung für den Deckenlampen-Anschluss entwickelt. Erstmals stand bei der Entwicklung einer Licht-Audio-Kombination der Lautsprecher an erster Stelle. In Zusammenarbeit mit erfahrenen Lautsprecher- und Pro-Audio-Spezialisten haben wir aus diesem innovativen Ansatz ein serienreifes Produkt entwickelt. Klangqualität und Design waren die treibenden Kräfte bei der Entwicklung.

Die dimmbare LED-Leuchte und der Lautsprecher lassen sich bequem per Smartphone und Fernbedienung steuern. Licht und Sound können so jederzeit flexibel auf einander abgestimmt werden. Das macht baldakin zu einem vielfältig einsetzbaren Lifestyle-Objekt, z.B. in Cafes, Shops oder in der Wohnung. Die Lichtfarbe lässt sich je nach Wunsch und Tageszeit von Kaltweiß bis Warmweiß einstellen. Der Aktivlautsprecher ist linear abgestimmt und bietet ein hohes, dynamisches Auflösungsvermögen. Einen klar konturierten Bass schöpft das Bassreflexsystem aus rund 6 Litern Boxenvolumen. Für Liebhaber von Frequenzen deutlich unterhalb von 50 Hz ist ein kabelloses Zusammenspiel mit Subwoofern möglich.
With their streaming loudspeaker baldakin, the Hamburg-based startup developed the first serious Hi-Fi solution especially for the ceiling lamp connection. For the first time in the development of a light-audio combination, we put the focus on the loudspeaker. Out of this innovative approach and in cooperation with experienced loudspeaker and pro audio specialists, we have developed a marketable product, ready to go into production. Sound quality and design were the driving forces behind the development.

The dimmable LED light and the loudspeaker can be conveniently controlled via smartphone and remote control. Light and sound can be flexibly coordinated with each other at any time. This makes baldakin a versatile lifestyle object, e.g. in cafes, shops or in the apartment. The light color can be set from cold white to warm white, depending on your requirements and the time of day. The active loudspeaker is linearly tuned and offers a high, dynamic resolution. The bass reflex system creates a clearly contoured bass from around 6 liters of speaker volume. For lovers of frequencies well below 50 Hz, wireless interaction with subwoofers is possible.

Der Deckenlampen-Anschluss ist ein idealer Ort für modernes Hi-Fi. Zum einen, weil keine herumstehenden Lautsprecher und sichtbaren Kabel die Einrichtung stören. Und zum anderen, weil sich die Schallwellen von hier aus genauso gleichmäßig im Raum verteilen können, wie das hochwertige LED-Licht mit steuerbarer Lichtfarbe. Der hellgraue Korpus mit seinem weißen Lichtband drängt sich nicht auf und fügt sich in in jedes moderne Ambiente ein. Für eine praktische Bedienung lassen sich sämtliche Funktionen auch über das Smartphone steuern. Die Lichtsteuerung läuft über Casambi-Technologie. Die Audiodaten werden über Bluetooth oder WLAN in hoher Qualität mit bis zu 24bit/192kHz übertragen. Mit viel Handarbeit und Liebe zum Detail hebt baldakin die Klangqualität auf ein neues Niveau.
The ceiling lamp connection is an ideal place for modern Hi-Fi. On the one hand, because there are no loudspeakers or visible cables standing around to disturb the interior. And on the other hand, because from here the sound waves can be distributed just as evenly in the room as the high-quality LED light with controllable light color. The light gray body with its white strip of light is not intrusive and fits into any modern ambience. For practical operation, all functions can also be controlled via the smartphone. The lighting control is based on Casambi technology. The audio data is transmitted via Bluetooth or WLAN in high quality with up to 24bit / 192kHz. With a lot of craft and attention to detail, baldakin raises the sound quality to a new level.

Wer mit einem baldakin Musik hört, wird Mono lieben. Wer zwei hat, kann Stereo hören. Multiroom ist ebenfalls möglich. Die kabellose Musikübertragung funktioniert mit nahezu allen aktuellen Smartphones, Tablets und PCs in einem WLAN- oder Bluetooth-Netzwerk. Die verwendete LinTech-Technologie unterstützt AirPlay®, UPnP sowie DLNA und ermöglicht das Streaming im 2.4 GHz und 5 GHz Frequenzband mit einer Samplingrate bis zu 192 kHz. Über ein zusätzliches Gerät können Plattenspieler, CD-Player oder Festplatten angeschlossen werden.

Anyone who listens to music with a baldakin will love mono. If you have two, you can hear stereo. Multiroom is also possible. The wireless music transfer works with almost all current smartphones, tablets and PCs in a WLAN or Bluetooth network. The LinTech technology used supports AirPlay®, UPnP and DLNA and enables streaming in the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequency band with a sampling rate of up to 192 kHz. Turntables, CD players or hard drives can be connected via an additional device.
